Town of Milton, Corporate Agreements & Records Management
Imaginate was engaged by the Town of Milton to review and redesign corporate cross-departmental processes and practices to ensure effective and efficient management of corporate agreements and records. Imaginate has designed a streamlined process that includes clear roles and responsibilites, establishes process 'owners', and formilizes standard practices and protocols. Imaginate's recommendations did not require additional staff, and they optimized the Town's existing technology infrastructure. This project was an example of Imgainate's priority of providing clients with practical advice that translates into real results!
Town of Essex, Review of Corporate Organizational Structure
Imaginate was selected by the Town of Essex to review its corporate organizational structure and recommend changes to reposition the Town for success. Like other mid-sized, local governments across Ontario, Essex faces the reality of continuing to provide quality, much-needed services to citizens within increasingly tighter fiscal constraints. Using its highly collaborative Sharpen Your Edge™ methdology, Imaginate is working with Council and Staff to develop organizational model that addresses current issues and positions the Town for future growth and success.
City of Waterloo, Community, Culture & Recreation Services, Leadership Training Program
Following its recently completed redesign of this department, Imaginate has been engaged by the City to deliver a customized 8-month training program for the department's new management team. This program is expected to result in building a team of managers who have the training and tools to thrive in a changing environment. Imaginate is pleased to have yet another opportunity to partner with the City of Waterloo.
Government of Nunavut, Department of Human Resources, Organizational/Functional Review
Imaginate was selected by the Government of Nunavut to review the current organizational structure and functions of its Department of Human Resources. The objective of this assignment was to initiate change that will enhance the department's ability to play a lead role in achieving representative government while continuing to build a professional public service sector in Canada's newest Territory. Imaginate was pleased to have another opportunity to partner with the Government of Nunavut.
City of Waterloo, Community, Culture & Recreation Services, Organizational Review
Imaginate was selected by the City of Waterloo to conduct an organizational review and redesign of the Recreation & Leisure Services Department (now called Community, Culture & Recreation Services) in alignment to the strategic priorities identified in the department’s Master Plan. This project will result in a redesigned organizational structure providing the foundation for long-term organizational excellence and an Action Plan to guide the implementation process. Imaginate is pleased to have the opportunity to continue our longstanding relationship with the City.
City of Oshawa, Community Services Commission, Organizational Review
Imaginate was engaged by the City of Oshawa to conduct an organizational review and redesign of its Community Services Department. This project resulted in the development of a functional model and organizational structure that provides the foundation for enhanced service delivery and accountability for results.
Town of Newmarket, Corporate Service Alignment Initiative
Imaginate was engaged by the Town of Newmarket to assist the senior management team in reviewing the current service delivery model and recommend change to enable the Town to achieve higher levels of organizational excellence.
