About Taking a Leap™
To complement our organizational transformation services, we have developed our Taking a Leap Leadership Development™ program. This customizable, innovative program combines leadership group training sessions with one-on-one coaching to enable individuals to take a leap, rise to the occasion, and become highly effective leaders in changing environments. The key components of our energetic, interactive program include:
- Customize leadership training curriculum and coaching topics based on high-priority organizational priorities and pre-determined leadership skill gaps
- Schedule program to focus each month on a specific “leadership theme” to enable focused skill development and application
- Ensure applied, pragmatic learning for immediate on-the-job application
- Follow-up each monthly group training session with one-on-one skill coaching sessions to provide individual support and accountability for application
Our Approach
We have developed a six-month curriculum with each month focused on one key skill as the “leadership theme of the month”. Each month includes a half-day group training session followed by mid-month, one-on-one skill coaching sessions to support participants and provide them with individual feedback as they begin to put into practice the leadership principles learned specifically related to the monthly theme.
Our Taking a Leap Leadership Development™ curriculum is highly customizable and can be adapted based on a preliminary skill gauge or to suit your priorities, budget and timeframe.
